What is homeschooling?
Homeschooling is the education of school-aged children under their parents' general monitoring and it replaces full-time attendance in campus setting.

The Benefits of Homeschooling
  • Allows children to spend more time with family.
  • Allows children to learn at their own pace - not too fast, not too slow.
  • Children learn life skills, such as cooking.
  • Busy work and memorization can be avoided.
  • Field trips can be taken more often.
  • Removal of negative social influences.
  • Children will be safer from gangs, guns, and drugs.
  • Children can practice religion at home.
  • More flexible schedule.
  • Grading is usually unnecessary and learning is seen as motivating in and of itself.
